Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days, please allow a few days more for delivery. These delays may occur also on holidays. If there will be a significant delay or difficulty with your order we will let you know via email or phone call.  

 

Shipping rates:

Shipping charges and times for your order will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

USPS Standard 3-4 business days 5.00

If your order is $101.00 or higher you will get FREE shipping. 

 

 Package

Your order will be packed in a poly mailer and it may or may not contain additional tape to seal the package for security purposes. It will be wrapped around tissue gift wrap paper and if you ordered a shaper it will have it's respective bag with a hanger for storage purposes. 

 

Sender

Your order will be sent from our local storage in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Peachy Lifestyle LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order during or after it has been shipped. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the complete responsibility of the customer (taxes, tariffs, etc.).

 

Damages

We are not responsible for any USPS lost or damaged packages. If you think your package may have been lost or delayed, access their link https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm and fill the information required. Also let USPS know the situation.

 

Peachy Lifestyle LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship outside the U.S. but you need to get in contact with us by direct message on instagram @peachylifestyle_ or send us an email to peachylifestyleofficial@gmail.com to give you the shipping rate to your country.
